Sunday Jazz Services
The focal point of the church is the Sunday service, set in a Lutheran Evangelic Danish liturgy, but always incorporating new ways to revitalise the oldest questions. We use jazz as our liturgical music Jazz has in its heart a playful, improvising, living, growing essence, that hits the note of the kind of church we are trying to be.
Everywhere else in our daily life, whether at home, work, activities, education, there is goals and ready answers. But in our Sunday hour, we allow our self’s to be not knowing, but wondering, not doing, but being – not in control, but reaching out. We cannot think of a better way to prepare for the week ahead.
